Carrier teams know what they need to do. Their products, channels, regulations and customer expectations keep moving. LifeBridge exists to make the processes behind that work easier to design, approve, run and prove. The butterfly in our mark is the same argument: metamorphosis is change without starting over — the organism is retained; the form changes.

Founder and CEO
Leads LifeBridge with a focus on embedded distribution and on shortening the distance between a carrier decision and the change reaching producers and policyholders. Has held leadership roles across insurance, financial services and technology, building and scaling businesses in each.
Milan Shah
CTO
With leadership roles at Microsoft, Uptycs and Biofourmis, Milan has built enterprise platforms at scale across security and regulated industries, leading high-performance engineering teams worldwide. At LifeBridge he owns the platform architecture and the engineering practice behind it.
BL Mangwana
Director, Platform Delivery
Over 25 years in the insurance domain and software engineering, most recently with Hexure (acquired by iCapital). BL leads Platform Delivery, helping insurers modernize life & annuity platforms through scalable technology and enterprise delivery.
